What is a QR code?
QR (Quick Response) is a code that is readable on a smartphone/tablet when scanned by an application (app). Once a code is scanned, it usually opens the device's web browser and opens the applicable page. Many QR code scanning apps are free and are available virtually on any device.
Do I need a smartphone/tablet to use your product? What if someone finds my pet? Do they need a smartphone/tablet?
No. You can update your pet's profile online by logging into your account using any web-enabled computer/device. Similarly, when a pet is found, the tag id can be entered online by anyone who has found your pet.
Where do I buy a tag?
Tags are available from our online store www.custompetstuff.com.
Do you charge any monthly or annual fees?
There are no recurring costs. The price of the tag is all you pay.
What if my tag becomes lost, broken or unreadable?
Simply Contact Us and we'll send you a replacement for free. All we ask is that you pay for shipping.
I have more than one pet. Do I receive a tag & profile for each pet?
Yes. Each pet receives his/her own tag, with a unique code and profile for each pet.
How do I create/edit my tag profile(s)?
Within 24-48 hours of your purchase, you will receive login instructions so you can begin editing your pet profile(s) online.
What about Privacy?
You have complete control over your privacy. Only the information you have submitted will be displayed online. You have the ability to leave any field in your profile empty. You can also activate/deactivate (make publicly visible) each tag profile at any time.
